Located inside The Barlow in central Sebastopol, Fern Bar is the perfect space for your event, whether it’s an intimate cocktail party or a large celebration. Family style, plated dinners, or small plates and craft cocktails provide the perfect dining experience and we have multiples spaces available depending on the size of your party. For groups of 10 and over in our dining room not wishing for a private space, we offer a 4 course family style tasting menu with 2 drinks included for $120 per person or a streamlined 3 course family style menu at $60 per person with one drink included.

The Green Room
A private room for small intimate gatherings, The Green Room’s green onyx accents, leather banquettes and dimmable lighting set the mood for any occasion.
Capacity: 6-12 people
The Lounge
Swanky, comfortable, and lushly green, The Lounge is for seeing and being seen. Leather couches, small tables, and armchairs adorn the space that gives you a perfect view of the restaurant and the bar while enjoying a cozy atmosphere. Must be booked at 5pm.
Capacity: 10-18 people
The Atrium
Bright and expansive, skylights and wide windows make The Atrium a great space for medium groups. Whether the event is a more formal sit-down affair or a mixer, The Atrium can be transformed to fit your needs. We have two seatings, 5pm and 7:30 pm. Room rental for the whole evening may incur an additional fee.
Capacity: 25 people standing or up to 20 people seated
The Restaurant
Thinking big? Fern Bar is available for an entire buyout. Guests can sit at the marble bar and sip on craft cocktails, relax in The Lounge, or converse in The Atrium. Live music can be arranged depending on the date of your event.
Capacity: up to 100 people inside and 60 people outside

A 10% deposit in the form of a gift card purchase is required upon booking with the remaining balance due the day of the event. The deposit is fully refundable if the event is cancelled more than 72 hours before.
